My husband is a musmach of YU, as well, who in addition, also served as an Air Force Chaplain but in our case, two Chabad shluchim (Rabbi Lipa Brennan and Rabbi Nechemiah Vogel, were instructed by the Rebbe, ZY’A” (in the mid-1970’s)” to locate the Jewish soldiers who are serving in the USAFE.” (United States Air Forces in Europe). What wise words the Rebbe adviced Rabbi Issac, even after 50 years has passed we can learn a great lesson from this
