Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch in Brunoy, France, will be relocating its studies for the first time in its long history to New York.
The rabbis and 350 bochurim will be flying to New York in honor of Yud Shvat, the 70th anniversary of the Rebbe’s leadership of Chabad-Lubavitch.
The Yeshiva, the largest such institution in Europe, is known for its Chassidic spirit and focus on in-depth study.
In an effort to adhere to the daily schedule, the ‘seder’ of learning will continue at Lubavitch Headquarters – 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights and the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens.
Coordinating this massive undertaking are the group of Talmidim Shluchim in the Yeshiva who arranged hospitality for all the bochurim and their teachers.
