On Wednesday evening, December 14th, Bris Avrohom of Hillside, NJ, directed by Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky, held a Yud-Tes Kislev gathering.
Over 100 men and women gathered to celebrate this important date on the Jewish calendar, known as the Rosh Hashana of Chassidism.
They enjoyed a sumptuous dinner, the singing of traditional Chassidic tunes and a lecture from Rabbi Cantor Schneur Zalman Baumgarten.
Attendees said they enjoyed Rabbi Cantor Baumgarten’s stories of the Rebbe and the Alter Rebbe, and found his melodies uplifting.
Is a truly inspiring Shliach! Knows how to do a Peulah with hent un fis. I love listening to him on Nachum Segal’s show in the morning. Full of Jewish, Lubavitch pride. I’m sure the Rebbe has much Nachas and blesses you in everything you do.
