Rabbi Sholom Dovber Lipskar obm, longtime dedicated Shliach, leader of The Shul of Bal Harbour, FL, and founder of the Aleph Institute, was laid to rest at Montefiore Cemetery on Sunday.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Chani Lipskar and children Rabbi Zalman Lipskar and Mrs. Devorah Leah Andrusier; grandchildren.
He is also survived by his siblings Rabbi Mendel Lipskar – Johannesburg, South Africa; R’ Yossi Lipskar – Miami Beach, Florida; Mrs. Sheva Schochet – South Beach, Florida.

In the 1980’s I brought my father and step mother to hear him speak and give over a discourse of the Rebbe, this was by the Shul, I don’t think construction was finished yet, he was brilliant, and he had a major positive effect on my life!
Also yesterday during the burial it was raining, for sure the heavens were crying with many tears
