A group of parents have organized a Yeshivas Bein Hazmanim which will cater to Bochurim entering Shiur Alef Zal who are starting seder after Tishrei.
Many bochurim have finished camp for the summer, but do not begin learning in Yeshivos around the world until after Tishrei, a parent told COLlive. This leaves the boys without any daily structured seder.
The Yeshivah will be opening on Monday August 23 – Yud Gimmel Elul and will conclude Thursday-Ches Tishrei.
Rabbi Pinny Raitman of Australia has been selected as the Rosh Yeshiva. A special curriculum geared to the bochurim will be implemented.
The yeshiva will be held at 462 Crown St. between Kingston and Brooklyn Avenues in Crown Heights.
For further details, as well as to register, please feel free to contact Rabbi Raitman at 718-404-5434 or [email protected].

Do you recognise that zal? You would never have guessed that they’d build the same one in Crown Heights!!!
Big Sruli Halon fan!
do u have to pay or can u just stop by for a couple of days???
#1 first of all most Bochurim don’t go to Israeli Yeshiva’s at a young age and the Israeli Yeshiva’s only give permission to leave for the summer if the buchur has a position in a Lubavitch sleep away camp
Good for you! With the boys in Yeshiva for actually ONLY 7 months out of the school year (NO ELUL, NO TISHREI, NO NISSAN and 2 MONTHS IN THE SUMMER) we wonder why there is a problem????
