Bochurim Shmuel Shmueli, Yossi Polter and Baruch Ezagui met Steven Russ in the tiny mountain town of Red Cliff, Colorado on Monday.
Russ, owner of the town’s only bar, told them he is Jewish but never put on Tefillin in his life.
The three helped him perform the Mitzvah, and Steven – Shalom ben Chaim – celebrated his Bar Mitzvah at 8,700 ft.
The bochurim provided the Kosher snacks, and Steven the L’chaim.
