Bais Rivkah Preschool and Elementary divisions have announced that the school will be reopening for in-person learning for the 2020-2021 school year.
In a letter to parents, the principals said that in order to ensure the health and safety of the students and staff, they will be implementing preventative policies that were formed based on the Department of Health regulations as well as trusted medical professionals.
Information on the relevant policies for each division will be forthcoming, they said.
Opening dates have been announced as:
Early Head Start: Thursday, September 10 – כ״א אלול
Preschool/Headstart (3 year olds): Wednesday, September 9 – כ׳ אלול
Preschool/Headstart (4 year olds): Tuesday, September 8 – י״ט אלול
Transition: Wednesday, September 9 – כ’ אלול
Pre 1A: Thursday, September 10 – כ”א אלול
Grade 1: Wednesday, September 9 – כ’ אלול
Grade 2-5: Tuesday, September 8 – י”ט אלול
Grade 6-7
Orientation: Thursday, September 3, י”ד אלול
Full day begins: Tuesday, September 8 – י”ט אלול
Grade 8
Orientation: Wednesday, September 2, י”ג אלול
Full day begins: Tuesday, September 8 – י”ט אלול
Division of Higher Learning: Wednesday, September 9 – כ’ אלול
High School opening dates have not been announced yet.
Parents will be receiving specific information from the division principals regarding timing, supply lists, handbooks, and any other information that will help students get set for a successful year, they said.
