With great sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Aryeh Leib Perl, a young baby who touched many around the world in his short life, early Friday morning, 17 Cheshvan, 5779.
He was 5 months old.
Ari was born just a few months ago with a rare heart condition. He recently underwent a successful surgery, and was on the way to a full recovery when his situation suddenly deteriorated, leaving him in critical condition.
Thousands around the world united in doing Mitzvos in his honor, with Tzivos Hashem declaring little Ari a 5 Star General in that merit.
Sadly, last night he passed away.
He is survived by his parents, Shneur and Sarah Esther Perl (nee Gurevitch) of Crown Heights, and grandparents, Rabbi Anschelle and Bluma Perl of Mineola, NY and Boruch and Chana Gurevitch of Chicago.
He is also survived by his great-grandparents, Rabbi Sholom and Gittel Eidelman – Casablanca, Morocco and Abba Dovid and Malka Gurevitch – Kiryat Malachi. Israel.
He is also survived by his great-grandmothers, Mrs. Schtrocks – England and Mrs. Perl – Borough Park. The family has asked not to inform them as they are elderly.
The levaya will take place today, Friday, leaving Shomrei Hadas in Boro Park at 11am and passing by 770 at 11:30am, Old Montefiore 1:00pm.
Shiva will be at the home of Schneur & Sarah Esther Perl

Obviously a gilgul who was a tzadik and just needed to live a short time with special parents to be able to go to highest place in gan eden

Hashem why?? Ad Mosai?!?! How much more can we take? A small precious 5 month old taken away from his parents. This is what true galus is and we need to ask and pray for moshiach now so that Ari and his parents can be reunited.
