Following a sold-out and unforgettable debut in New York, acclaimed Israeli singer-songwriter Akiva will return to the city for one night only, performing at the United Palace Theatre in Upper Manhattan on Sunday, September 14.
Akiva’s last appearance in New York left a lasting impression – an evening where the audience knew every word, and the theatre resonated with thousands of voices singing in unison. It was a night defined by connection, warmth, and the rare energy that happens when artist and audience are completely in sync.
This year’s performance will carry even greater significance with a special guest appearance by Idan Raichel – the legendary Israeli phenomenon whose music has reached audiences across the globe. Known for his groundbreaking artistry and collaborations, Raichel’s presence will add an extraordinary dimension to an already remarkable evening.
Akiva has become one of Israel’s most celebrated and respected musical voices. His performances blend intimate moments with powerful anthems, creating an atmosphere that feels both deeply personal and universally uplifting.
The United Palace, with its striking architecture and rich history, will provide a fitting backdrop for this rare collaboration between two of Israel’s most influential musical storytellers.

Will there be separate seating for men and women?
One ticket is $75? How can I take my family of 5??
The singers, the organizers, the people renting the hall, the security, the airlines, etc. The singers are not making all of that money – it goes to various expenses. The proceeds are not for just one night of work- many days the singers can’t work.
I struggle to comprehend how these Israeli concerts are family friendly
