Why is a kosher restaurant so difficult in Israel?

Bs”d Because it involves1)Kosher. Two Jews = three opinions.2) Food.A great source of stress predisposed genetically as a result of being thrown out and killed in almost every country on earth for being Jewish ,and we require a great amount of attention and constantly complain because of our survival instincts.3) Cleaning up.No matter what is said, the awareness of hygiene in this country is minimal at best.4) The tax system is ubiquitous 5) An attitude of entitlement by employees.
