Many people who do not to eat Gebruks, have a minhag to eat Gebruks (Shruya) on the last day of Pesach outside of Eretz Yisroel. The Minhag Yisroel Torah brings from the Bnei Yisaschar in Derech Pikudecha that any chumra we keep on Pesach that is clearly beyond what is required by halacha should not be upheld on the last day of Pesach to show that it is not really Chametz. I am just wondering if there is an answer “MITZAD HALOCHE” why we can use the dishes that we use last year Acharon Shel Pessach ?
