Composer Meir Martin Widerker introduces you to the Rosh Chodesh atmosphere and presents the tenth track from his fifth album in the ‘Shabbat HaMalka’ album series, this time hosting Cantor Shmuel Barzilai in a unique performance.
In the last 5 years, Widerker composed dozens of songs, including the well-known ‘Corona Song’ whose lyrics and melody Widerker wrote himself, and another 50 (!) Shabbos songs have been released on 5 albums with most of the songs also coming out as a music video.
Barzilai, chief cantor of the Jewish community in Vienna, Austria, was accompanied by the excellent vocal harmony of the ‘Yedidim’ choir conducted by Yaakov Rotblatt.
