Some 200 people attended the community seder held by Chabad of South Broward in Hallandale Beach, FL, on both nights of Pesach.
Besides for inspiring words and a delicious menu, participants enjoyed a rendition of “Ana Hashem” from the Hallel prayer by Sinai, a 93 year-old Holocaust survivor hailing pre-war Lodz, Poland.
On chol hamoed, Sinai was back to daven at Chabad when he played for congregants the song of Dayenu on his harmonica.
The seders were held in addition to the distribution of Shmurah Matzos to over 300 families, and providing Pesach food and money to over 50 families.
Tonight there will be an all night Farbrengen in Hallandale Beach in honor of Shvi’i Shel Pesach. Moshiach’s Seudah is Tuesday.
