The gabboim of the main shul of 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights announced on Friday the rates to be called up to the Torah on Simchas Torah.
The Shul was emptied on Friday to prepare for Hakafos, Minaynim will take place both inside and outside, they said.
Inside, up to 3 people can pay $770 for each aliya and up to 7 people can be honored with Chasan Torah by paying $3,000, they wrote on a sign.
In a full program, they spelled out who will be honored during the hakafos – Rabbonim, Mashpiim, Shluchim, guests from Israel, Yeshiva officials and guests from around the world.
The niggunim on Shmini Atzeres: R’ Levik’s Hakafos niggunm, Al Hasela, Shluchei Adoneinu, Utzu Eitza, We Want Moshiach Now and Ha’aderes Vehaemuna.
As reported on COLlive.com, over the 2 days of Yom Tov, R’ Nochum Markowitz will once again be providing free drinks and meals on Eastern Parkway. They will pre-portioned and individually wrapped this year.
