FRANCONIA, N.H., April 13 — Authorities are investigating what made more than 70 people attending a Passover event in Franconia, N.H., ill after eating at the pesach seder.
State health officials said 150 people were attending the event when the illness broke out Saturday night, WMUR-TV of Manchester, N.H., reported Monday. Visitors reported symptoms including vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration, and many sought medical attention at a nearby hospital.
The New Hampshire Health and Human Services Public Health Lab was conducting tests to determine if the illness was salmonella, the report said.
As of now there are no reports of the Pesach program being shut down.
This event was not run by the Chabad shluchim, it was arranged by a private individual.

Agree one hundred percent with number 2. its not right to the couple who worked so hard to make everyone happy. Im yirtzeh hashem soon they will find the cause of this happening. For all you know, traces could be from something they ordered. Please, its not right to ruin a reputation by letting others who are clueless asume false things. In the end, I really hope everything works out!!
Why do you have to post this? what good does it do for the couple running it or the people who went there? Take it down.
And…until they know the cause, reports like yours make people think the people running the show are to blame. Nobody knows what happened. We nearly went there but in the end we stayed home. But we were very seriously considering it & the people running it really were trying very hard to make everyone happy. I am sorry this happened they worked very hard to make it a success.
is this the pesach run by kansepolsky?
