On February 10, 2025, the unthinkable happened— Judah, the sweet and vibrant 4-year-old son of Eli and Chana Andrusier, was diagnosed with embryonal sarcoma of the liver, a rare and aggressive cancer found in children. With an incidence of only 1 in 1,000,000 children, very few cases are diagnosed worldwide each year. In Judah’s case, the cancer has spread all the way into his heart, turning what was supposed to be an ordinary day into an unimaginable nightmare for our family.
A Battle No Child Should Have to Face
The tumor’s location made his biopsy extremely complex and life-threatening. Despite the risks, Judah bravely underwent the procedure, but shortly after, his health rapidly deteriorated. His little body couldn’t handle the stress, and he became critically ill, unable to regulate his heart rate. He was placed under anesthesia indefinitely just to keep him stable.
A Parent’s Worst Fear
As Judah lay in the hospital, we watched helplessly as his condition worsened without warning. One moment, we were told the biopsy was successful, and the next, we were in a life-or-death crisis. His heart was struggling, his tiny body shutting down, and over 100 doctors and nurses surrounded him, fighting desperately to save his life.
When we were told that Judah would not survive the night, our world shattered. But by the grace of Hashem, a guardian angel in the form of an incredible surgeon stepped in. Judah was rushed into an emergency open-heart surgery, where doctors worked tirelessly to remove the massive tumor obstructing his heart and causing his body to collapse.
A Miracle in the Making
Against all odds, Judah survived. Doctors call him a miracle. They cannot understand how he was even walking before his diagnosis or how he is still fighting today. But his journey is far from over.
He has endured his first round of chemotherapy, but it has been brutal.
He suffers from unbearable pain, mouth sores, and multiple complications.
He lost his beautiful red locks as the aggressive treatment took hold of his body.
He is battling withdrawal symptoms from the endless medications keeping him alive.
At just four years old, Judah looked into his mother’s eyes and said the words no parent should ever have to hear:
“Mommy, I don’t want to die.”
We Need Your Help
Judah still has a long road ahead—more chemotherapy, more surgeries, and overwhelming uncertainty. But we refuse to stop fighting.
Donate. While Judah’s family does have insurance, the rarity and aggressive nature of his cancer mean that inevitable expenses will arise, including travel for specialized treatments, out-of-pocket medical costs, and other unforeseen financial burdens. Any contribution will help ease the financial strain on Judah’s family so they can focus entirely on his care.

Continue to Pray for Judah. Every single prayer is heard, and we have already witnessed miracles. We need them now more than ever.
Supporting Judah’s Family
Judah’s father is self-employed and has been unable to work since Judah’s diagnosis. The family has no financial support at this time, making it incredibly difficult to cover basic month-to-month expenses.
Between extended hospital stays, medical treatments, and constant uncertainty about Judah’s condition, his parents are unable to focus on their financial stability—they are fully dedicated to saving their son’s life.
Judah is a fighter, but he cannot fight alone.
Please stand with us and help give Judah the chance to grow up, to smile again, and to live the full and beautiful life he deserves.
All funds raised will be managed by Healing Hearts and given directly to the family to ensure their financial needs are met during this devastating time.
Betzalel Yehudah Ben Chana Henya, we love you more than words can say.
Keep fighting, little warrior.
