Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is believed to be cause of death of a 4-month-old boy in the Jewish community in Odessa, Ukraine.
The passing happened on Monday, Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5774.
The baby is the son of Shluchim Rabbi Dovid and Rivka Feldman. Rabbi Feldman is the Rosh Yeshivs of Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim in Odessa for young men and helped establish the local kashrus agency.
“The family of Shluchim is extremely shocked and in deep of mourning,” said Odessa’s Chief Rabbi Avrohom Wolff. “All the Shluchim from Ukraine are coming to strengthen the family.”
