A campaign to increase in Mivtza Tefillin all over Israel and the world is being dedicated to the memory of Berale Lipsh obm, who was tragically killed a week ago after returning from Mivtzoim.
This Friday, large signs were stationed in prominent locations across Israel with Berale’s photo. On them it was written: “On Friday, Berale Lipsh was killed in a car accident, when he returned from his dedicated work of helping fellow Jews do the Mitzvah of tefillin. Put on tefillin today and offer another friend to put on tefillin too.”
During the last week there was a great push to add in Mivtza Tefillin, in memory of Berale who devoted himself with all his heart to the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim, in a campaign led by Chabad Youth Organization.
In the middle of the week, a group of businessmen from Kiryat Malachi, who Berale would visit Friday and offer them to don tefillin, visited the home of the Lipsh family to pay a Shiva call.
The businessmen related that they knew Berale and expressed deep sorrow for the terrible tragedy. They related that they have made resolutions to strengthen themselves by donning tefillin in his memory.
The Lipsh family started a campaign with the goal of reaching 14,000 Tefillin for the merit of his Neshama, and they are calling on all to join the project.
