Young Shluchim Huda and Zalman Fogelman joyfully brought their new library to its home at Chabad of Greater Laurel, Maryland, just in time for Hei Teves.
The library is one of 360 being delivered to Chabad Houses worldwide as committed at the Kinus Hashluchim.
In honor of Hei Teves, Merkos launched 360libraries.org, giving the opportunity for everyone to participate in this powerful initiative of bringing holy books to 360 communities that don’t yet have a Jewish library.
In the 24 hrs since the site’s launch, 70 more libraries have been sponsored by generous individuals donating entire libraries, bookshelves, or even a single book.
