Meet Our Exceptional Staff
At the heart of YLTY’s success is our world-class staff, whose devotion and expertise shape the lives of our Bochurim. We are proud to welcome our outstanding new Maggid Shiur for Iyun, Rabbi Menachem Weg, whose depth of Torah knowledge, engaging teaching style, and genuine care for his Talmidim will elevate the Yeshiva’s learning experience to new heights. A Year of Transformation
Next year, enjoy the benefits of our new building, with state-of-the-art amenities. Our expanded staff, including dedicated Mechanchim and Mashpiim, will offer an unparalleled learning experience with structured support and mentorship.
Focused Learning and Programming in an Ideal Environment
Our curriculum balances focused Nigleh and Chassidus study with an emphasis on personal growth and independent thinking. With amazing opportunities for Mivtzoim and Hafotza, YLTY offers an environment where learning and living Yiddishkeit come together to shape tomorrow’s leaders.
“I really appreciate having a healthier and deeper relationship with my Yiddishkeit. I’ve taken Mivtzoim to the next level, incorporating off Shabbosim and vacation with yeshivah life, meaning fully integrating my identity as a Yid into every aspect of my life. Of course, in terms of daily habits, I’ve really grown as well and now do Chitas, Rambam, and Mikveh every day—with joy!”
— Yoel Balkany
Enhanced Structure and Accountability
We are introducing stronger discipline with enhanced guidelines for Shmiras HaSedorim, reduced phone time, and clear expectations balanced by positive incentives. These measures are designed to foster responsibility and help every Bochur reach their fullest potential.
“With the focused support and guidance of YLTY, I have really been pushed to further develop new skills and, in turn, strengthen my appreciation for learning.”
— Ezra Gershman
Deepened Personal Growth and Mentorship
A renewed focus on both individual and group Hashpoo will see older role models, Shluchim, Eltere Bochurim, and staff members assisting and learning with the Bochurim. Our team will engage in one-on-one interactions to support Bochurim in their Ruchniyus, personal Avoda, and Hiskashrus.
“The teachers are always there, whether it’s for guidance or for understanding of the Gemara. The trust and responsibility they give us help us grow on our own and strengthen the connection between the Bochurim and Hanholoh.”
— Yitzchok Scheinfeld
Experiential Learning Beyond the Classroom
YLTY will offer more frequent trips and Shabbatons throughout Eretz Yisroel—with the goal of building character and connecting Bochurim with one another and the staff. These immersive experiences complement the learning, providing practical knowledge and connection to Jewish history, learning, and values.
“At YLTY, I have developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for my learning. This growth has become a constant source of motivation for me, helping me stay focused and driven as I progress in my journey as a bochur.”
— Eli

“This Yeshiva taught me two things: how to reflect (even when I don’t want to) and work hard (even when I’m tired). The Hanholoh are like championship coaches—always pushing us to be better. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better place to learn, grow, and question my life choices during Farbrengens😅”
— Mendel Weiszner

Which age or shiur is this for?
Shiur Aleph (17-18) and Beis Zal (18-19)
Go Rabbi Moss! A real hero
I’m a parent who had the incredible pleasure of speaking with the menahel just yesterday. We were absolutely taken aback that such a yeshiva exists—one that truly takes care of our son both begashmius and beruchnius in such a complete and holistic way. Honestly, we didn’t even think such a thing was possible!
About time a yeshiva that ACTUALLY CARES about the bachurim finally opened
The yeshiva is for the bachurim and not the other way around
Are this year’s group of shluchim staying? Really an incredible group very given over to farbrenging with the bochurim, arranging mivtzoim etc. would be a real shame if they left.
