The new CD “Barcheni” is now available in all stores, produced by Yehuda Green, and featuring many new songs, as well as a few from R’ Shlomo Carlebach.
The CD features the song “Rebbe, Rebbe,” which lately has become a hit in many Chassidic circles.
The song was composed by Reb Pinchas Pomp, Rosh Mosdos Dynow Poland, brought about with the help of Hamashpia Boruch Mordechai “Motta” Frank. The heartfelt lyrics translate to “Rebbe, Rebbe, Rebbe, we want to be connected to you.”

Green, who is a resident of Manhattan but frequently travels to Daven in 770 Eastern Parkway, says the song is very powerful for so many people.
“After I recorded the song, I ran into an old Lubavitch friend of mine on Kingston Avenue,” Green told COLlive. “When I played him the song, he said he loved it like he had never loved any of my songs before. I realized then what a powerful song this is for all Chassidim,” he said.
Last October, the song was featured on COLlive, after a group of bochurim were filmed singing it at the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens.
