Bochurim at Yeshivas Nishmat Shlomo (YNS) in New Jersey celebrated the end of a very successful year with many Siyumim after relocating from Tzfas.
Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yaacov Orimland was beaming with joy and welcomed many parents and even siblings who came in special for this momentous event.
The first siyum on Pirkei Avos was made by Shimon Feldman and was followed by a siyum on Meseches Rosh Hashana by Dovid Roetter in memory of his sister Pesha Leah Bas Chaim Laibel.
The grand siyum on Meseches Makos was made by the following:
Shneur Aharon, Choni Botnick, Dovi Calabro, Mel Givre, Mendel Gordon, Kovi Kranz, Zalmi Levine, Mendy Levitan, Dovid Roetter, Sruli Slodowitz and Mendel Taichman.
Levitan thanked Rabbi ‘O’ and Mrs. Geller, secular principal, for helping him get to where he is today by always believing in him and for believing in the rest of the bochurim.
Mendel Gordon conveyed emotional words of thanks to the entire staff and especially to his parents for always giving him that second chance and never giving up on him.
Rabbi ‘O’ and Mrs. Geller praised the boys on their magnificient accomplishments throughout the year and expressed their amazement on their hard work, many hours and commitment in making this grand siyum possible.
A memory journal was given out to those present which was compiled and edited in its entirety by the talented Dovid Roetter who put his whole heart and soul into it.
Registration is open for the upcoming school year. Please call 609-418-0357 or send email to [email protected].
