Had the great zchus of being in 770 when Rabbi Hodakov ztz”l addressed the Shluchim. One of the very inspiring messages the Rov gave over was to ask the question, what is a Lubavitcher Chossid? The Rov answered by highlighting the Torah teaching that in the days of the Beit HaMikdash – i think on Yom Kippur or Shlosh Regalim night when so many more Yidden were there, the Kohanim would bring their young sons with them to the Bais HaMikdash.
