The Yagdil Torah organization of Crown Heights will celebrate their 4th annual dinner on December 13 at the Razag Ballroom, 739 East New York Avenue.
The event will honor Mr. Yerachmeal Jacobson and Rabbi Menachem Wolf for their support of the organization.
Rabbi Issamar Ginzberg, internationally renowned business expert, will be the Keynote Speaker, and ventriloquist Mr. Jonathan Geffner will provide entertainment.
Yagdil Torah’s efforts to raise the standards and levels of Limmud HaTorah in Crown Heights have truly surpassed all expectations.
“We bring Torah to everybody, on their level,” says Rabbi Levy Browd, the driving force behind Yagdil Torah. He and his wife Batsheva founded the organization in memory of their young son, Menachem Mendel A”H ben Yibdlacht”a Levi Yitzchak Shlit”a, eight years ago.
What began as a few small classes that met in apartment buildings around Crown Heights and a list of local learning opportunities, has blossomed.
Since then, thousands of individuals have logged thousands of hours of Torah learning in the Crown Heights community and beyond. People partake of their Chavrusa Program, their weekly and seasonal shiurim, their recordings and resources, and more. Now a household name, Yagdil Torah has come to stand for truly innovative, popular services.
Their Heichal Halimmud Tiferes Yitzchak is a Beis Midrash open daily where one and all are welcome to come to learn. They have recently expanded their activities by opening up a second beautiful Heichal in the neighborhood.
This dinner is a commemoration of what they have accomplished and a hint of what is still to come. To recognize and celebrate their achievements, as well as to continue to promote the increase of Torah study in our community, Yagdil Torah is inviting the whole community to attend the forthcoming Melava Malka Dinner.
Show support, and come celebrate!

Keep up the great work!
YAGDIL TORAH IS AN AMAZING MOISED IN OUR COMMUNITY. It is a must for each of us to support this wonderful institution run by the wonderful Rabbi Levy Browd. I personally have learned a tremendous amount through their shiurim. I urge everyone to come out and show your support for this great institution.
WE SAY IT EVERYDAY “VISALMUD TORAH KiNEGED KULAM”
You continue doing so much for so many. You helped me a few years ago and you barley knew me I’ll always remember you kindness.
The keynote speaker is introduced as a ‘renowned business expert’ – not clear how that fits in. But anyway, this organization does seem to be filling a much needed role in the community. I was especially impressed by the early morning 5 am learning in nigleh and chasidus with Rabbi Jacobson every day- is that still going on?
