Are we equally connected with the same bittle to the Rebbe if we choose to daven by a Bais Chabad and do shlichus rosh Hashanah? Are we equally connected if we choose to connect to the Rebbe at the ohel rosh Hashanah? Why mention only 770 as the place to connect to the head and have bittle in tishrei which is the head of the year?

In theory there definitely is a INYAN to Daven in 770. No question about it.

However in actuality, due to the uncomfortable situation there, which everyone knows (which we will not get into now) people are very hesitant and specifically STAY AWAY from 770.

This is a very sad situation with no solution in sight.

Imagine the choices and how you would feel afterwards. I never regretted going to 770.
