Why did R’ Zalman go to eat at Eshel, and who pays for all this???
R’ Zalman, the character accompanying this year’s Eshel campaign, illustrates in a unique and well-produced video clip: why guests during Tishrei go to eat in Eshel’s dining hall, and if one guest costs at least $1,000 – how much does it cost to feed thousands of guests, and who pays for this???
Anyone who has donated, or will now donate $180 or more, will be entered into the raffle for the Rebbe’s dollar, and will also merit a special blessing as per the Rebbe’s words: “Great is the mitzva of Eshel and for thousands of Jews and at an auspicious time etc. in particular – for blessings from the Source of blessings etc.”
