Yes.The book is in Hebrew called Nossi vechosid by Shmuel Kraus.
I believe it’s out of print.

maybe wrong but dont think the Rebbe is showing anything. whenever the Rebbe went into Shul he would touch the Peroches. possibly the Rebbe is doing that and Shazar is watching.
