This is a great opportunity. If you are on the NYC Lien Sale, and you do not contact one of these agencies, your lien will be sold and the interest will be compounded daily. This can put you AT RISK for foreclosure. However, you can attend the Lien Sale outreach event and make a payment plan tomorrow to avoid being put in the lien sale or you can go down to the Municipal building BEFORE July 19th which is the last day to do this. It is highly recommended to come down TOMORROW NIGHT and negotiate a payment plan.
