These were just some of the comments about the Sukkah Mobile of Chabad of Tamarac, a city in Broward County, Florida. As always, there to accommodate everyone’s needs with a ramp on its Mobile Sukkah for the elederly, those with walkers and even wheelchair-bound.
The smiles of joy radiating on the people’s faces in nursing homes, businesses, senior centers and shopping malls were simply priceless!
Our Sukkah Mobile was host to young and old as exemplified by a young woman Leor who was joined by her father and 102 years “young” grandfather Ahron S.
When Mr. Efrayim B. was wheeled onto the Sukkah Mobile he breezed through the brochos for the lulav. It brought back memories of his yeshivah Days at “ Bedford and Dean” in the early 50s where he actually remembered Rabbi Engel’s father as a fellow student.
