This Chanukah, light up the night on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 5 pm as Rabbi Aaron and Shternie Raskin, leaders of Chabad of Brooklyn Heights, showcased a grand concert at the Official Brooklyn Menorah, the Rabbi Jacob J. Hecht Memorial Menorah, in front of the Supreme Court of Kings Country.
It was headlined by Jewish hip-hop sensation, Nissim Black. He arrived from the Holy Land and thrilled the audience with hip-hop sounds and vibrant Chanukah lighting — an unforgettable program of music and visuals.
The concert also featured the Miami Boys Choir alumni duo Akiva and Binyomen Abramowitz, who warmed up the crowd with Chanukah songs and their smash hit, “Yerushalayim.”
The Menorah was lit by Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso and Assemblyman Lincoln Restler.
DJ Roy Baron orchestrated the sounds with guest performer Kosha Dillz, who sang their hit “Chanukah Song 2.0,” with Nissim Black.
