In recent weeks, JEM released an historic Farbrengen from Chof Av 5732. One of the most memorable Farbrengens on video, the black and white film was never accessible to the public. Now, it has been fully restored and subtitled in five languages.
Tonight, a 90-minute program with segments of the Farbrengen subtitled in English will be broadcast online.
The segment will include the first three of the eight talks of the Farbrengen. Here, the Rebbe delves into Rashi’s statement, “The passing of the righteous is difficult for G-d like the breaking of the Tablets.” What connection is there between the two? Is there anything positive in the breaking of the Tablets? And what lesson can we derive from those situations?
