Young kids from several Jewish day camps gathered Wednesday in Seattle, for a great trip in honor of the Hakhel Year.

“It’s all about kids coming together and feeling excited to be with other kids their age, Jewish Unity and strength in numbers,” said the head Shliach to the pacific Northwest Rabbi Sholom Ber Levitin, while visiting the the event.
The kids, mostly second to sixth graders, are from Camp Gan Israel In Seattle led by Rabbi Yoni and Mushka Levitin, from camp Gan Izzy of Issaquah led by Rabbi Berry and Nechama Farkash and Rabbi Shneor and Shaina Matusof and from CGI of Kirkland led by Rabbi Chaim S. and Sarale Rivkin.
“My favorite part was the hundreds of fellow Jewish kids and enjoying simply because we’re all one family,” camper Jason said.
