That is certainly the most cerative “tip the waiter” sign I’ve seen in decades. But I really dislike the overtness of that message and always disliked it. I never understood why camp admin allowed it. Actually, come to think of it, I do understand why they allow such proste, tacky, hand-open shamelessness – this way they shift the cost of the waiters on the parents insetad of paying themselves. Time to pressure the camp admin to pay their waiters and not tax parents any more by forcing another tax on parents. They should forbid such signage and pay their workers.… Read more »

So true that the first thing you see when you get into camp on visiting day is the TIP THE WAITER signs. Those poor souls have to beg to get some $$$.
