Rabbi Yitzchok Yadger, the longtime Shliach of the Rebbe in the Ta’anakh region in northern Israel, was rushed to the hospital and is currently in intensive care.
The 82-year-old Shliach is a beloved spiritual leader for many living in Jezreel Valley and east of the Wadi Ara region. As a principal of the local Chabad school, he educated generations of children to love Torah and Mitzvos.
During the famous Simchas Torah of 5731, when the Rebbe created a spiritual alternative to the United Nations, Rabbi Yadger was declared the “head of Iraq,” his native country before immigrating to Israel.
The public is asked to daven for Yitzchok ben Esther Malka Leah.
