It’s Rosh Chodesh Adar, a time to increase in joy. That you will certainly do by joining us at the Machon L’Yahadus auction on Monday night!
Rabbi Majeski and the staff and students of Machon L’Yahadus invite all women and girls to a night out that includes live musical entertainment, current students sharing their unique journeys, a delicious dairy buffet from Kaff Kaffe and Chantilly, and a chance to win one of 14 fabulous prizes as well as door prizes!
Nothing rivals the uplifting and extraordinary atmosphere felt each year at the Machon L’Yahadus Boutique Auction. The warmth, unity, inspiration and joy that fills the air is unmatched. Join us this Monday night and experience it for yourself!
The keynote speaker this year is Mrs. Miriam Racquel Feldman, former student of Rabbi Majeski – which she writes about in her award-winning memoir, “G-d Said What?! #MyOrthodoxLife” The book was #1 New Release in Kabbalah & Mysticism and #1 Best Seller in Women & Judaism. Miriam Racquel is also a Somatic Healer, Marriage Coach and Anxiety & Trauma Specialist.
Miriam Racquel, all the way from Chicago, will share her fascinating journey to Yiddishkeit – and Lubavitch. It all begins with a mysterious letter from an old college friend. When she is warned he has been brainwashed into a cult, she is pulled into the Jewish world in a way that her stubbornly atheist self would never have expected.
Another high-point of the evening will be live music by Mirele Rosenberger and alumna Yael Kane, as well as delightful anecdotes from three current students: Amy from England, Leah from Ukraine, and Liron from Eretz Yisrael.
The Boutique Auction takes place Monday, Rosh Chodesh Adar II, March 11th at United Lubavitcher Yeshiva, 570 Crown Street. Doors open at 8:00 pm and the program begins promptly at 8:45 pm.
