770 desperately needs to be expanded to accommodate the international Anash community,.
At least 50 percent of additional floor space can be created by building out to Union Street.
Further for reasons of safety many more exit doorways are needed immediately.
A previous attempt to expand was stymied by a clash between the different management personnel, hopefully greater maturity and common sense can prevail now.
For sure it’s needed, everyone agrees it’s needed, and we would have the funds to do it, but nobody want to change 770 like how it was in תשנ״ד. Little changes have happened, but something like that, nobody would touch it…
