Students at United Lubavitch Yeshiva of Ocean Parkway put on their very own Hei Teves expo, creating beautiful, creative, and educational exhibits about the auspicious day.
Each of the exhibits took many hours of work and preparation by the students of each class, which afterwards were combined together for an exciting expo which the students were able to tour and explore.
Each class had their very own tour, allowing everyone to experience the full story of Hei Teves.
“These kinds of projects and hands-on experiences allow students to really feel and experience what Hei Teves is all about,” said Rabbi Yaacov Sebbag, principal of ULYOP.
A teacher noted, “This was a great outlet for many of the students to demonstrate their creativity and talents, and for them to be a part of the story, goes a long way in instilling the information and the incredible importance of the day.”
To top off the day, students went on a special visit to The Print-House printshop in Brooklyn, where they got an up-close look at the process of printing Seforim.
