Over 60 people celebrated Moshiach Seuda with Rabbi Hershel Kesselman and his family at Chabad of Southgate, UK, including their most recent members 5 week-old Coby and 6 month-old Jonathan.
The Silver family have been coming almost every year since the first Moshiach Seuda in 1998.
“We love the atmosphere here,” says Natalie Silver. “Even though there are so many people here, it’s so warm and personal. Every year we do the same thing, but I always learn something new.”
Josh, 11, prefers the active part.
“I like the Matza and grape juice,” he says chewing thoughtfully on the Matza, “But my favourite part is playing the Pesach games, then table-football with the other guys. I always win! Almost.”
After eight days of not eating Chametz, Jews all over were eager to bite into their first Bagel after Pesach. This didn’t stop the crowds lingering to shmooze long after Havdallah.
