Tzvi Meir Kriegsman, a member of the Chabad community in Crown Heights, passed away on Thursday, 23 Cheshvan 5783.
He was 46.
Tzvi was born in the Former U.S.S.R. and had a life full of challenges. He moved to Crown Heights as a child, and his formative years were spent in United Lubavitcher Yeshivas, and Morristown Yeshiva.
Tzvi was always full of positivity, and happy with whatever came his way. He was known for always having a smile on his face.
Tzvi is survived by his daughters Baila and Devora, as well as his mother Irida Kriegsman, sister Dina Wall and brother Binyomin Kriegsman.
The Levaya will take place on Motzei Shabbos, passing by 770 at 7 PM.
Urgent funds are needed to arrange for his burial.
After a long sickness, Reb Tzvi Meir Kriegsman returned his holy soul to heaven today. Several weeks ago he told his mother and sister his only wish is to be buried in Eretz Yisroel. We need your help to make this happen. We need to urgently raise at least $50,000 to make this happen. Please donate generously to this big mitzvah.
Additional funds are needed to help support the children he left behind. Everything raised above the initial $50,000 for the funeral will go to help support them.
This fund is being overseen by Rabbi Levy Djian of Torah on Demand of New York, and Mendy Lipszyc of North Miami Beach.
This is not okay! Moshiach now!!
Heartbroken! Moshiach now!
Tzvi was a very kind and sincere Yid. In his youth, while he was dealing with a medical issue, the Rebbe suggested to his parents that Tzvi Meir should be enrolled in a Yeshiva with only Limudei Kodesh. With full Bitochon, his parents brought him to Oholei Torah to fulfill the Rebbe’s directive.
May Hashem protect his beautifull family and may they only have Simchos.
May his Neshomo have an Aliya to the highest levels of Gan Eden
He was such a special yid! May his neshama have an aliya and moshiach needs to come right now!! And May he have so much nachas from his 2 beautiful daughters
One of my first friends after I moved to Crown Heights. He was loyal, funny, straightforward, unabashedly proud of his yiddishkeit and a real friend. His health struggles were real but by no means did he let them define him or get in his way of living a productive happy life. He adored Malcah, Devorah & Baila, respected his sister & mother and absolutely loved Binyamin. He truly took nothing for granted. Countless nights we strolled up and down Eastern parkway, heat, rain or snow talking for hours and hours. Dang. I’m missing you my friend. We’ll be missing you… Read more »

I remember him as a very sweet boy, was his learning teacher in Gan Israel Montreal.
May the family be comforted.
