    Rewriting history

If you dont want to mention something that happened- don’t mention it altogether.
But to change the facts that happened is just foolishness.
I’m not sure who could think of such an idea, and who they are trying to fool..
    But this book contains MISINFORMATION!!

    Shocking!

    Shocking!

I was here in 5753 & I remember vividly (& this is recorded in hundreds of videos…) the Rebbe encouraging the “yechi” almost twice daily for a year straight! I am totally horrified that someone can print a book that outright denys this fact….

    Totally horrifying !

This book has one agenda: Rewriting history.

It’s a beautiful book and Zaklikovski did an amazing job!

But why take out a few words in a diary you don’t like?!

    Who asked you???

If it would have been a reprint, not censured, it would of actually be an amazing set :,(

That is a beautiful idea. Thank you so much for all the effort put in. I’m sure it was a big job.
Please though reprint it with the changes back to the original. That’s not so emesdik. And not giving fully true information. I’d be happy to read it when I’m sure everything is 100% accurate.
    Thank you again! Hatzlacha!

    Wow!

I must say i’m so touched by the comments here, which show us that there are still people whom the Rebbe’s kovoid is important.
Let us hope that we shouldn’t have to talk about such sad subject, and the main thing – we should reunite with our Rebbe by his hisgalus teikef umiyad mamosh!!

    Regarding the changes

A book needs to be printed with Achrayus – B’ofen Hamiskabel.
Not everything that happened needs to be published publicly.
The author of a book has discretion what does or doesn’t need to printed.
It seems that the commentors above arn’t strong enough in their Hiskashrus, that they’re threatened by a line in a book.

And regarding #9, there is nothing untrue in the book, the claim is that is lacking certain information. So, you may read the book.
And not reading a book until you know everything is 100% accurate, is plain stupidly

You may want to look at what is actually printed in the book…

Are they making it in English?

Are they making it in English?

Why is everyone surprised by the small changes
Is it shocking that we don’t write about parts of history after we see what is going on today !
with the young generation being taught pure stupidity as a way of life

What is censored? The 1000 ‘Igros Kodesh’? The 300 facsimiles of Ksav-Yad-Kodesh? The100 selections from Sichos on the topic of Geulah and Moshiach? The 100 selections from Sichos on the topic of Hiskashrus? Excerpts of Sichos on the topic of the Rebbe’s birthday? Or The Memoirs of Rebbetzin Chana, the Rebbe’s mother, in its original Yiddish version? Or a few words here and there?

I wonder if those commenting against the book are actually worried about the Yoman, or is it really the clear maainos and letters that clearly rebuffs their mishichist agenda, printed in this Sefer

Interestingly enough the book has many מענות /כתבי יד .. that will bring clarity to all those worried about the minor changes

If the fact that the Rebbe answered Amen on the complete nusach of yechi is deemed a mistake by the Respectable author than: כתבו לכם על קרן השור שאין לכם חלק באלקי ישראל!!!

Apparently you did not look at the book and you are unaware of the ‘mistakes’. Let me explain: You wrote “Not everything that happened needs to be published publicly.” – agreed. So than the author should just take out the entire diary, but don’t print the diary and *change* what happened.(especially that in this case the Rebbe clearly encouraged it for the public, on video and even the media). You wrote “there is nothing untrue in the book, the claim is that is lacking certain information”. That is incorrect. They changed things in the book to make it seem like… Read more »

K #12 pls stop digging to find the problem with everyone’s hiskashrus. Its very clear the author has an agenda and thats why he ommited some big stuff and that is takeh not acceptable for anyone to do. If u want to write ur own stuff fine but dont claim ur reprinting something and take out major stuff…thats called false advertising! And thats the point these guys are trying to bring out in their comments. U know that and we all know that and i think u made a fool out of urself by commenting on #9 and davke trying… Read more »

The guy writes about what the Rebbe did in public, and warps the facts because he is embarrassed of what the Rebbe himself was not embarrassed to do.

If you are embarrassed of the Rebbe, go find yourself a new Rebbe.

Don’t start mixing your limited seichel into the desicisions of the Nasi Hador. (remember Korach? Meraglim? Miriam?)

And yes, I still love you.

I can fully understand those who do not want to print about Yechi etc, but to go & rewrite history is another story altogether!! The fact is (& this can be seen on hundreds of videos) that the Rebbe encouraged the singing of “יחי אדוננו מורנו ורבינו מלך המשיח לעולם ועד” & this was printed in the original Tzadik Lmelech. To come now & try to deny that is simply horrendous…

    The Rebbe kovoid

Let’s make stuff very simple. This is not a “meshichist”-“anti” subject, but rather something connected to anyone that besheim chabad yechuneh. If they feel a need not to be mefarsem mitzad atzmom that the Rebbe was meoided “yechi … melech hamoshiach leoilom voed”, they should of just taken out this whole yoman, un sholom al yisroel. The way it is now – that they did put the yoman, but are mezayef that the Rebbe wasn’t meoided what he was meoided, but something else – is the greatest chutzpah possible!! And again, this has nothing to do with any political party,… Read more »

I see a few comments responding to mine. So allow me to explain. To 21: obviously the author was uncomfortable printing parts of the Yoman, which you agree with. That does not mean he needs to remove the whole Yoman and be Monea Bar. He just took out a few words, that those that were there or watched videos etc. Are able to understand what he means, and together with that, maintain the rebbe’s kovod in a Dovor Shebidfus. It is clear to be that the Rebbe would not be me’asher to print it the way it was. Now, it… Read more »

Ask yourself this question: who did more for the rebbe’s kovoid, you or the author of this book, who dedicated his life to the rebbe and the rebbe’s inyonim. You – who are busy discussing and analyzing Lubavitch party politics, or him – a shliach that is busy spreading Yiddishkeit and the rebbe’s message to the world- actually working to bring moshiach- and his bit of free time is not dedicated to resting, rather to printing the rebbe’s inyonim.
Your going to teach him about Kovoid?
