The first response to the burning of a Shul (R”L) has to be that it is a tragedy!!!!! Any Shul, anywhere. The community in Tunisia is one of the oldest and Jews lived in relative peace with their neighbors. This destruction is yet another reminder of the bitterness of Golus. Boruch Hashem that the Chabad school is open and may Hashem protect them further. Let’s respond appropriately to the Tsa’ar of Klal Yisroel…..and may there be NO MORE!!

oh this is great!!!!!

Please adjust your leading sentence to this story! The way it’s currently written, it appears that the burning of the shul is just a side issue, a nonsense, an irritation r’l – but B’H the Chabad shul has business as usual! In fact, if a shul burns or is destroyed anywhere, we all have to cry and scream! It cannot be business as usual!! We cannot just stand by (and continue “our full learning schedule”) while our neighbour’s shul is being consumed, not only by flames, but by hatred as well.

wow

Anyone who seeks to burn the house of H’ will burn a fire in themselves, which will consume their Neshamos until there is only ash, dust, and nothingness.
