In this week’s “Opening the week with the Rebbe”: Every year before Shavuos the Rebbe would give a special sicha to women.
In one of those Sichos, on the 28th of Iyar 5748 – May 15th 1988, the Rebbe spoke about how the study of Torah is not only for men but for women as well.
