A new Torah was completed Sunday, dedicated by the Loksen family in memory of Mrs. Sima Loksen OBM.
Family and friends of the Loksen family gathered for the writing of the final letters of the Torah.
The Torah was then led with singing and dancing through the streets, followed by Hakafos at Lubavitch Yeshiva.
