The writing of the Sefer Torah dedicated in memory of the legendary Shliach, Reb Dovid Raskin, will begin this Thursday at the Brooklyn Marriott, following the session titled “Horaos from the Rebbe to R’ Dovid Raskin and Tzach” which is being dedicated to Reb Dovid.
All Shluchim will be able to participate in the writing.
