The annual Simchas Beis Hashoeiva celebration which takes place in the streets of Crown Heights is bigger than ever this year.
Longtime organizer Rabbi Yisroel Shemtov, who has been arranging and funding the celebration for over 40 years, has once again ensured a nightly celebration over Chol Hamoed, featuring the biggest stars in Jewish music.
Simchas Beis Hashoeiva draws tens of thousands of Jews of all walks of life to Crown Heights each night of Chol Hamoed Sukkos.
Night two – Sunday will feature a children’s program with Uncle Moishy at 7 pm and guest singer Eitan Katz beginning at 12 am.

I used to fear about this generation. What would be? Baruch Hashem! It brings great nachas to see the younger generation dancing together, perhaps even more joyfully than we did when we were their age. Sure, there are things that happen every year at any event that aren’t so great. But you see here the majority of Simchas Beis is hundreds of youngerleit coming together to rejoice and partake in the joy of Sukkos! My grandson flew in from his yeshiva in london just to attend! Hinei Matov!
