In the Farbrengen of 11 Nissan 5744, the Rebbe made a surprise Siyum on Rambam.
All there were shocked, except for a small group of Bachurim who had come in for Pesach from their Shlichus in Morocco.

The main person who came up with the idea was just taken from our midst.
We all owe him a deep gratitude for initiating the idea of dividing the learning of the Rambam, based on which, the Rebbe launched Mivtza Limud HaRambam.
Rabbi Blumenfeld also sent a short video on the importance of learning Rambam to that Siyum and we are sharing that with you today.
