This is an envelope with an included donation from the Rebbe for Rosh Hashana.
The answer from the Rebbe written on the envelope is in response to the report of CSSY’s activities leading up to Rosh Hashana and Tishrei.
The Rebbe responded with a donation included. It reads, “My contribution is included. (Your report) has been received and appreciated. In a timely manner during the days of Selichos (and when the King is in the field) in the year of Hakhel. I will mention this at the Tziyon.”
