The main office is used as a main hallway, so the girls can instantly connect with school staff for assistance and encouragement.

You may see a girl arrive late to school, but she is greeted with warm smiles instead of consequences because she’s been struggling to get to school on time, and she is improving each day. Some students will also hang out on the couches when they should be in class because they know they can take a break, look after themselves, and seek support whenever they need it.
