Simon had once saved a father of 10 by donating his kidney to him, but wanted to become a “dual donor,” despite the risks and the reluctance of many hospitals to do the surgery. They were assisted by a woman known as “The Kidney Matchmaker.”

I was fortunate to meet Ephraim when he just became frum and went to Morristown. He went to the Bal Teshuva yeshivah and in less than a year he moved to the Tomchie yeshiva where folks who were Frum from Birth. I was his Chavrusa. He is brilliant and a tzadik. Not surprised at all about this story at all.
