I was waiting to find out whou this mr. Milstein was. He once literally saved me. And im very thankful and appreciative to him. And always remember him and wish him the best. it was Probably between 1973 and 1976 I was a young boy approx. 13-14 Iwas learning in oholei torah which just recently has moved in to ” yeshiva Reines building” on troy av. Tekoah is a beautiful community that should be visited on your next trip, along with Bat Ayin.
